Time: 4:30- 5:45pm
Reset the nervous system and prepare for the week ahead with mindfulness and intention. Each 75 min class will incorporate breathwork and meditation, movement, as well as deep stretches and restorative poses. Susan, a master Reiki practitioner and teacher will also offer opportunities for hands on healing energy throughout the class. All levels are welcome
Investment: $25 per class; Register for any 4 classes by 1/31 and your 5th class is free!
